DESCRIPTION
All hail to the PP (Polypro Core) core of all cores. Molded at higher tight cell density ratio than standard PP; the Imperial Polypro core profile is rigid and extremely dense which means quick recoil, longer lasting stability, and improved water resilience.
The Imperial PP core is molded close to the final shape (does not come in a block form) to minimize waste and maintain crucial outer crust densities.

PSI: Precision Stringer Inlay Technology allows our manufacturing to mold flex characteristics (stringers and core density) straight into the core opposed to drilling directly into the integrity of the core rigidity.
The molding process produces one of the cleanest and environmental friendly methodology for construction of bodyboards creating harmonized work between the stringer and core for unparalleled and precise flex.

Skintec™ is the latest creation in complementary construction technique utilized by No.6. Polymer top layering working in conjunction with a proprietorially specified and molded core spec and bottom slick creates a vigorous tension enabling riders to experience intense recoil reaction. This creates k-factor energy for snappier set-up bottom turns, positive rail pumping for excessive speed, and quicker reaction timing for expressive maneuvers.
All of these elements create a new experience of enhanced ‘freedom’ in riding waves. Imagine now utilizing the entire potential energy of core in multiple directions. Skintec™ will also increase the longevity in the integrity of the board’s core.

THERMO-INDUCED SIMULATION

HEAT TESTED UNDER EXTREME CONDITIONS
DESCRIPTION
“Hot home” or as we call it “Thermo Induced Simulator”, abbreviated for “TIS”. In other words, we put the finished board inside the TIS room for the extreme outdoor high temperature simulation test at 70 degree centigrade for 120 minutes.
This TIS is to check the stability of the board shape and quality of construction especially the lamination of the skin to core or skin to skin.

DESCRIPTION
Specially developed construction method utilizing the natural tension of the core with two specially balanced layers of polymer. Echo Construction takes a new approach to projection and pocket surfing supplying the rider with a tension that will propel out of turns in a much more radical sense than with a standard stringer system.
We first fuse our Skintec technology with a patented substrate and apply it to a balance of materials creating a combination that miraculously does not need stringers to perform. Add a stringer and Echo creates the most rigid profile at its finest.

Models that contain mesh are layered with a foundation of supportive hexagon shaped polymer reinforcement.
Mesh can help with recoil, longevity, and add durability to its core. Mesh increases tensile strength of the layered construction in boards.
Extra weight may be noticeable with mesh layerings.
